Paying Online for Our Services

Full Circle Family History do not collect or ask for any personal information on this site in relation to paying online for contracted services. If you place an order for services with Full Circle Family History then, upon checkout, our secure payment processor, PayPal, will request details of your name, address, and contact details. These details will be made available to us so that we may fulfil your order. We do not use these details for any other purpose, and they will not be passed on, traded, or disseminated by other means.

Upon checkout, PayPal will also ask for your card/bank payment details or your PayPal login details. None of this information is made available to Full Circle Family History, and is totally secure with PayPal.

Access to Information

In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 you have the right to access any information that we hold relating to you. Please note that we reserve the right to charge a fee of £10 to cover costs incurred by us in providing you with the information.

  5. Not kept for longer than necessary

1.2 Processing of Personal Data

Any information which falls under the definition of personal data will be kept and remain confidential and will only be disclosed within Full Circle Family History to the extent necessary for the proper processing of that data for the purpose for which it was acquired.

It may be necessary to disclose personal data to third parties acting as legal, financial or other professional advisors or agents acting on Full Circle Family History’s behalf in order to process that data. 1.5 Accuracy

Full Circle Family History will endeavor to ensure that all personal data held in relation to customers is accurate. Customers must notify Full Circle Family History of any changes to information held about them, and have the right to request that inaccurate information about them be erased.

1.6 Information Security

No personal data can be disclosed without authorization from the customer.

All Full Circle Family History computers and USB storage devices will be password-protected.

All information kept in paper form will be kept in files in secure cabinets and should be shredded when no longer required.

Back-up copies of information stored on computers will be made regularly and will be kept in a secure place.

Personal data will only be kept as long as is necessary, and all data will be safely and securely destroyed as soon as it is no longer needed.
